I believe this error suggest that the php script has made a call to a function called wp that (if not contained in the page in question) is within an include page that has failed to transfer.

If you look at the script within wp-blog-header.php and look for include"filename" or requireonce"filename" . If these appear, ensure that "filename" or whatever it might be called has been uploaded and to the right location.

is what I have in the file header file. But am unsure what all this means hahaha

All sorted now wow that was a mission.... I just deleted all the files and started again from scratch using the original files on my host.
