check smtp and ip setting for auto responder mailer

Almost always your SMTP (IP and Port) setup is wrong. Check that would be my first step.

Mailing system - Sendmail -> SMTP
Path to your sendmail program -> /usr/bin/sendmail
SMTP server -> My I.P. Address???????????????

PS - This is in the settings page of the ATRP Software

You have to look at the mail setting in your CPanel to get the correct values, those are the values you want to use to enter in your program. Then the cron is in your cpanel and that would have to be setup to launch the job for sending mail. no one can tell you if you have them right without looking at it in detail. PM me if you need more details.
