How do I change the "by" to "Posted by" in Wordpress Post?

Hi,

How do I change the "by" in Wordpress Post to "Posted by"?

This is my wordpress blog:
Great Genius Insights into Everything

You can see that the Top Right of each post has "by" (Admin Name)

I tried editing the theme index.php but I can't find the word "by"

I want to change it to "Posted by"

  Thank you, I found out I could change it by editing the loop.php in my theme folder.
