Objective C question

Hi,
I would like to learn objective C, but before putting months of studies I have a question that I think some of you can answer.
Are there libraries of objects already coded for sale somewhere?
If, i.e., I need to make an app that can play a song, is there anyway I can buy such code?
I hope I made this clear.

If you just want to create an App, then it is better you can do it with PhoneGap if you're familiar with HTML & CSS.

Hi Joe, I'm also trying to learn ObjectiveC and yes there are lots of apps ready to go that you can buy - some are even free. They are full apps and will load in XCode so you can see how they're all put together.
