  • what are you running at the main and secondary domains and which control panel are you using?

    • Its very simple, it happens a lot, just add a redirection code to the proper domain if the SERVER REQUEST uri contains mainsite.com

    • check the .htaccess file in both main and secordary domains for a redirect that is not working as expected, also check the subdomain/addon domains redirects in cpanel.
