Can somebody please give me some tips on how i can create a Facebook game, id like some tutorials for a game like the link below

It's basically a city that you grow and attack others and build alliances. I am completely new to this sort of thing and id appreciate any advice

Edit: I have just found some software called Construct2. Has anyone had any experience with this and know if it is any good?
