How to create image editor for print store

Id like to make a web page for users to come on upload an image crop it and maybe add text whats the best way to go about this?

If you're using PHP for the website I'd recommend PHP Image Magician which allows you to crop, resize, add text, and a whole lot more.

You can check out this image processing tool, which you can integrate into your ASP.NET web application to build a web-based image viewer and editor, the functions you mentioned above as croppping, annotating, etc are all supported.
