SERP, check website page for top 100

I am trying to monitor my sites pages and the position that page has in google, bing and yahoo.
I want to add keyword for each page and check if each page is ranking in top 100.
does someone have a piece of software that I can add my pages one time to check a report. I want to save a report every day to monitor if my ranking increase or decrease.
I have over 200 page I want to check so I want to add link and keyword one time.
my site pages would be something like:
books.com
books.com/bible
books.com/potter
books.com/comics

Each link will have it own keywords so I want to track each link.

    Link Assistant's Rank Tracker is good. I got the 70% off Christmas sale on their whole suite, so the price was really good too.

    Rankcheckerace.com is a free service that does very basic SERP tracking.

      Thank you for that link but I also tried that software and it will not work well for me.
      I have over 200 landing pages. Each of my landing pages has different keywords and would require a different report.
      I would have to create a new project (or report) for each landing page. That would mean 3 hours a day of clicking, times 365 days a year. This software would waste 45 days of my life a year. That means I could miss out on my vacation ( a little humor for those that watched the software video).

    Advanced Web Ranking is another desktop tool. You can have much more URLs in AWR's projects, but I'm not quite sure if it works the way you want. You may need to rethink your projects a bit.

    I'm not quite sure what you mean by "3 hours a day of clicking". Rankcheckerace is a SaaS site that updates reports daily. Link Assistant has a scheduler.
