I would like to learn Mobile Application Development.

Do you guys recommend me a site that covers step by step tutorial to lean Mobile Application development for the newbies who have a little programming knowledge?

  • I would recommend developers.android.com. If you're looking to do a simple, cross-platform app, I would recommend using Sencha (sencha.com) and PhoneGap (phonegap.com) which are built in HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
  • And which type of the app do you would like to create (games, apps, webapps, etc.) and for which platform (android, iOS, windows)? Can you provide more details?
  • Why not just start with an on-line app builder that has 99% of the functions you need ready made for both iOS and Android?

    Then develop your own custom code and additions as and when you need them.

  • there is a class going on right now on coursera for free! If you want to watch just the videos, here they are:

    But i recommend the class because they have labs and quizzes.
