Need Help API PHP Database Migration

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I need to combine some data and display it on pages in my wordpress blog.

So here is my current config.

Sales are processed with nanacast, that sale info is sent to Post Affiliate Pro (PAP) and Amember via API. PAP tracks the sales and commissions for the affiliates and amember controls the access to the membership content.

PAP does an OK job but the reporting lacks true conversation ratios and calculations I need to show my affiliates. It also requires they log into a different system to get this info.

In effort to bring everything together for them into one system I want to bring PAP data into my amember controlled WP blog. This way when they log into teh one system they have all the information they need.

So what I need to know is what is the best way to accomplish this.

I know I need a plugin either for amember or wordpress to bring this data over. What kind of programmer do I need to create this for me. I question amemebr about creating it but they didn't want to do it.

Once the data is there I will need someone to code a PHP script of some kind to preform and display the calculations for the users.

Any help or direction you all can provide would be greatly appreciated.
