Help Choosing the Right WP Theme

I'm hoping you programmers can help me.

I'm looking for a WordPress Theme that is:

Easy to edit sidebar fonts and colors,

Fast to load,

Add or Remove Menu bar at top,

Small header,

Clean & Easy on the eyes ( simple - no giant pics)

I want a plain theme that looks neat.

Title and Body text on left of page and one sidebar on right side.

All help is appreciated,
