Need Help on a Wordpress Twitter Plugin

Here's what I am looking for:

A Wordpress plugin that pulls in Tweets from various accounts and publishes them as posts. Accounts would be ones that I don't own, so not able to do anything from the backend on Twitter.

I just want to post a blogroll of Tweets that a few accounts post and have them automatically publish.

I've come across a few, but none seem to actually work.

Any idea of an existing plugin that does this, or how to create it?

    You could install Latest twitter sidebar widget plugin, and create a sidebar inside of content area. Then just publish few latest twitter widgets, one below other, and style it with css.
    If twitter users are "public", you'll be able to retrieve their data.

    That would be the way to go. Don't think google wil like your posts limited to 140 characters, and copied from twitter, but maybe that is not your goal.
