How Can I Make This BOT?

I'm looking for someone who can make a private bot for me with features for twitter, youtube and facebook likes, followers and viewer on automation. where is the good place to outsource this task? can anyone here be a help to this?

One thing about making bots is that they never really last since privacy policy changes and what used to be white hat becomes black hat in their book and you get suspended. That happened when I made a Twitter bot and also an Instagram bot. So take that into consideration before starting to build it. Obviously you could make your application layered to be able to accommodate for the changes much easier but still it would require some changes and maintenance as the time goes by.
