how to switch wordpress blog web to 000webhost.com

Hello,
i want to switch my wordpress blog to 000webhost.com but i don't know to switch my wordpress blog, and i want also know that my current premium hosting pkg is 500mb space or 1gb bandwidth, my blog space usage is 400 mb and i created full backup and it cross 500 mb and show 700 mb space used when i click on back download it is not downloading. so please tell me how can i download full backup.
i am hoping a positive reply from your side

    Connect through FTP and download only your wp-content/uploads folder.
    Write down all plugins you have + currently used theme.
    Export database through phpmyadmin.

    Open account on 000webhost.com and install wordpress.
    Install plugins and theme.
    Upload wp-content/uploads folder to 000webhost.com, overwrite files.
    Import database through phpmyadmin.
    Change wp-config.php (imported database name, user, pass). That's it!

    With the overhead (files and stuff outside your HTTP document root) your 400 MB site probably will far exceed the 500MB you mentioned as your allowance at your new hosting.
