  To do this you can use mozilla thunderbird and link your gmail and download all email . then you can move emails to other accounts.

yes you can. You can configure gmail account in your outlook express and fetch all emails you have in your account.

Open Gmail --> Go on--> Contacts select all contact --> than go On More option --> Select Export option now the list will be download just in few second.
