I need guidance on how to create a wordpress template, for I can later sell, to make a nice template?? Anybody help me??

There should be plenty of tutorials on line. YouTube maybe better even still.

Just read official WordPress codex. There are tons of reliable information there. I think it will be enough to look at other sources only if you don't understant something from the codex etc., Codex FTW

Yes sure you can get the guidelines from the internet and other source.Many wordpress template tutorials are available on the internet that will helpful for your work.
