Video with Chapters

Anyone know of a simple way to create chapters for videos so when a viewer comes to watch the video they can select titles that jump to different parts of the video. Would be nice if it was a drop down menu or some kind of display where the viewer can choose where they want to jump to.
I am NOT a programmer so all the info I have seen regarding coding the JW player is all greek and the one service I found was charging 100 bucks a month for 20 videos, not what I am looking for either.

    • It's not that difficult. But it depends on the method you are using to view the videos, html5, Flash, or Quicktime? In almost all cases you can seek a time point in the video and play from there using Javascript or pure HTML.
