TBH, those seem to be relatively basic changes just judging from the description - so if I were you, before spending any money on getting it changed - I would try to tinker with it first and see if you can get it down yourself. It'll also help you down the road if you're planning to make more changes or decide to go with other themes.

But I think it is a bit hard for us to tell you exactly what you would need to do for the changes, since we would need direct access to the workabouts of the theme.

Have some time on my hands so..

Installed the theme and there pops a message saying that these are image text widgets and are in the home page top area.
It further says that you can add your own under Widgets admin page, but I can find nothing to be edited nor the pop up message say that it can be edited there..
Home page top area there is empty, but you can probably add new stuff there..

How do you remove them and add your own? Weell, finally found it, you need to add your own and the default ones will disappear, so, define text, images, title and that's it.

I think you should outsource it to a freelance coder and take relax.
