Wordpress Logo Upload Problem

Hi All,

I have a problem uploading the logo in wordpress. Initially there was a logo which I uploaded with all step step by process and it was visible properly. Now I wanted the second logo to overwrite the old one.

I uploaded the logo through the media section in the backend of wordpress. After that I updated the URL in the theme logo as I did for the first one and copied the php code shown up and updated that in the editor - header. But its not popping up in the website.

Any help is appreciated.

Not completely sure, but it sounds like it might be an issue with the way wordpress processes replaced images.

Is the old logo showing or nothing at all? If the old logo is showing, then it may be that the page has been cached. Are you using any caching plugins?

  Old logo is there in the media library. And I am not using any caching plugins also. Now I have not developed the website completely. Just wanted to ask is it recommended if I install wordpress once again with a new start?

try to clear your browser cache. it might be problem with cache....

i tried opening in various browsers and various computers. The old one is also not visible.

Rename the new file to something else.
Clear all caches.
