Hi Folks, I have a client that wants to use wordpress and create a replica of odesk/elance capabilities for a church group. The want to showcase their folks available for work, and also be able to have members of the community post jobs.

Also, a star system and testimonials would be wonderful.

I'm just not sure what to search plugin wise, like is it a JOB BOARD? or what.

I need to be able to allow logged in members to post jobs, and see candidates profiles with avatar, resume,
