Any hosting company that pays monthly basis? cpanel+domain

I am searching for an affiliate company which pays monthly basis. i currently do with hostgator. but they seem problem. they pay after 3 months.

Most do this to prevent fraudulent signups just to get a commission.

Why the rush with the monthly payments?

as @kingfish85 mentioned, this is to make sure that all signups are legit and people dont just close their account after 1 month. They pay a fairly big commission, $60, and the user pays only a fraction so it makes sense.

Even Google follows these steps and displays to you estimate earning but then their internal system deducts any revenues that may have not been 100%.
