Is there any FREE fast Copy paste software

Hello all I need to do lots of copy paste job every day from .txt and .xls. Is there any one suggest any software that is FREE ,fast and slick . I am tired of searching please don´t suggest ,auto hot key or auto it those are no more good and reliable .

    How should a program know what to copy and what not?

      Hello these are simple copy from excel to website or to some online forms.
      yes we need to specify the destination .

        Still don't get it.

        Can you give an example?
        If it is more or less always the same copy past from one source to one target, you can solve this with a script.
        Else i see no possibility for a program to be successfull.
