Wordpress Scraper

Hi does anyone know of a WP scraper that can tell if the site is mobile optimized and tell what version or age the Word press has been on the site - May help with targeting local WP to sell security plugin & a new mobile version?? One that uses Google or yellow pages world wide & also captures the clients details? Or can software be built to do this?

I'm afraid I might not be super useful on this, but here are my 2 cents...

Here is a WP version detector browser plugin: Discover The WordPress Version Of Almost Any WordPress Website

I imagine if this can be written, you could write code to detect the WP version and use a scraper service to run the job.

I like the idea and I imagine it is doable with some research.
