PayPal Button with Schedule for Date and Time

Hi,
I need to add a schedule option to the PayPal button. Basically I want customers to be able to choose the time and date for the delivery of their product. I know you can add fields for special instructions etc. and I know many companies have this feature for payments (like pizza ordering websites where you choose the delivery time). What would be best is a popup calendar to choose dates to schedule and times.

  You could use something like gravity forms for an order form and then integrate w/ PayPal.
