Best mobile movie format?

Hi, i have a website 6 Hour App and my sliders are mp4 format, but when people use mobile they can't see my "slider movie", is there a format i should use or?

  • Mp4 should play on mobile so the problem is not the format. Maybe you set your video to autoplay, autoplay doesn't work on mobile browsers.
    You should provide a little bit more info otherwise it's difficult to guess what the problem is.
