Really good sites. More magazine style then personal blog. Very fast delivery with desired anchors indicating a real relationship with site admins.

Why would anyone send money to a complete stranger. I think it's safe to say he scammed you. Seems this forum is full of scammers. This guy just signed up, tells people the work will be completed in a week.

That should be a red flag. His goal is to collect as much money as he can in that one week and skip town. Don't let his warrior forum membership fool you. You been scammed.

This is why you need to make sure:

1. You never send money to someone that is not a long-time member.
2. Always have them bill you so you can file a claim if he doesn't deliver.
3. Make sure they do the work FIRST! No exceptions.
4. Always use PayPal.
5. Don't ever send money via PayPal as "friends or family." Make them bill you.
6. Lastly, assume all reviews he has are fake.

These people show you a list of sites they don't even own. It's a scam.

He did few work and now he wished to be scammer. Don't know for what reason..He is online in Skype and not responding to my messages.

I mailed him thrice as well. I added him from different Skype and he accepted the request. This is obviously not good sign. Anyway I opened Paypal Dispute now.
