Hi everyone, how to I do a link exchange? If I am interested, how do I go about?

when you find a relevant site to yours and want to do a link exchange with, you have just to contact him, here is an example of link echange request :
Dear Webmaster,

We have recently come across your site www... by searching
through link resources relating to (your Niche) Resources . I took the time to
visit your website to determine if you had a resource page for links. I have a
related website WWW.... (TITLE OF YOUR SITE) and I
would like to exchange link with you. I have placed a link to your web site along
with a description on WWW..... ,I would appreciate it if you could place a link back to my website using the information Below:

Title: title of your site
Description: .....
URL: http://www......

Thank you For your Time.

Your Name

I guess you are not on the right forum mate.

Forums are a great place to exchange links. There are a lot of factors to consider when swapping links, such PR, link placement, sitewide vs. single, relevancy of partner site, and so on.
