Hey Everyone before I begin let me give you a little background information on us. We are a small US based company working on our own link building campaign. All of the sites we are selling links on are sites we currently use for our link building to increase the PR of our ecommerce sites. We didn’t plan on selling links, but with the cost of the domains/hosting/link building we need to make back some of our money. We bought all of these domains, and have been doing multiple link building campaigns on them and the PR has stayed the same or increased on ALL our pages even after the last PR update. You can check out these sites, they are much higher quality then the "blogroll" links you will be getting on other sites that are littered with tons of outbound links on them. All of the sites are 5+ years old.

What we have that others don’t:

LIMTIED number of links on all our pages, the reason we do this is because we want the page to pass on as much juice to the links as possible, we use these FOR OUR OWN SITES, so we want the maximum juice possible. As you know about link building and passing PR the fewer links the better. Buying links on sites that have multiple outgoing links doesn’t help anyone.

Links in the text, we will add your link to the body text on the pages, instead of having just a “Link List” we have found over the years that these links actually help more when they are inside content on a page and not on a “Links List/Blog Roll”

Multiple US Based IP’s for all of our sites, if you want multiple links we can spread them across a group of our sites, like we do, for multiple links coming from different IPs.

I have multiple niche sites that I will list, although in our experience page relevance doesn’t matter – it’s a function of PR on Page/Number Of Links going out, although you can decide that for yourself.

Here is the Limited Number Of Link: This is the AMMOUNT OF TOTAL OUTBOUND LINKS on the site

PR 3 – 7 External Links on page (1 is ours, were selling 6 links)
PR 4 - 7 External Links on page (1 is ours, were selling 6 links)
PR 5 - 5 External Links on Page (1 is ours, were selling 4 links)

Here are the niches I currently have:

Medical - PR 5
Real Estate - PR 5
Travel PR 4
Health pr 4
Pets PR 4
Vacation/Travel PR3
Finance PR 3
Education PR 3
Real estate PR 3

Prices: These prices will stay the same for 1 year, even if the PR increases on the page during the year. As I said before we run a constant link building campaign on all our sites, and haven’t had a problem, we just made it through he last PR update with great results.

Here are the prices that we are currently asking, they are a lot lower then what we think they are worth, but im just starting at these prices to get some moving. The prices WILL go up and the links will sell out:

PR 3 25$/Year
PR 4 45$/Year
PR 5 125$/Year

One other note, these sites are all “single page” informational sites, people sometimes think that’s bad but from all of our experience and testing, it doesn’t matter. The PR is assigned to a PAGE, and these sites have made it through multiple PR updates (including the one that just happened) without any problems.
