Simon, your website homepage is PR 5 which is great, but it looked like your blog home page has a PR of zero?

hey Simon, I am interested. But on what page will my link go? On your Workoutbox DOT com homepage? I would get you a site-wide blogroll link on my ****/weightloss/fitness (see my signature link)blog, top left sidebar, under "recommended sites".

I am interested in a 3 way link exchange, the URL that would link from your page is in the reverse lookup/people finder/people search niche.

It was PR 4 until last week, I'd say its the google toolbar playing up as you can see a lot of the blog category pages are PR 3. Both the workout and exercises pages are PR4 also.

Hi, I'm afraid im not really interested in sitewide links as ive read in quite a few places that there not as effective as natural links embeded within relavent content / articles. Do you have any fitness related articles on your site, if so I'd be happy with a link from one of those?
