Your backlink would be displayed in the sidebar (if you scroll down, you'll see H2 "Partner Links", so it'll be right under there). It's no problem to discuss font size or anything like that.

It will be visible at any and all pages all the time, no strings attached.

300-450, I'm beginning to get it active once again. Visits don't matter for SEO purposes though.
