Web Hosting (most important)
Web Design
SEO
Wordpress

I don't want dropped domains with rubbish spun content.

Perhaps you should consider getting links from non-relevant sites as well. If you look at the backlink profiles of mostly any site ranking for a mid-high competition keyword, they're renting links from all sorts of different niches. That being said, the service in my sig could help you.
