Ok, I am new here but frequent this site quite often for ideas.

I noticed you guys are really good at helping eachother out, maybe you can help me out.

I tried to create a wordpress plugin about a year ago after noticing that many have tried and failed.

This plugin sounds REALY SIMPLE but I am having major issues, all I want is for posts to have a clean link to other posts on the web that are similar with some of the following rules:
-you get as many incoming links as you provide outgoing links(adjustable 5 per post)
-the longer a domain (wordpress install) is using the plugin, the more extra incoming links they are eligible for (it starts out even get as many links in as you provide out)
- no one will be able to purchase extra links for the 1st year at least with a minimal amount of purchasing (to keep the community packed full of high value links)
- EVERY link must be to or from a different domain and there is is only a 1-way relationship(If Blog A links to Blog B, then Blog B can't link to Blog A)
- there will never be more than 1 link in or out to the same domain (blog A can't have 2 links from Blog B)


So I hired an elance programmer, Here I am 6 months later and a great deal of money later with a 'close to finished' product.

He says he will have it done soon, so I was wondering if I could get some help from you guys because it is a community based plugin, if I only have 100 blogs that have it installed, then one site that has it, only has the ability to link out to around 50 different blogs and can only get in about 50 incoming links. And then when you add the 'Relavancy' factor it wont show but 1-3 links in and out because the other blogs are about completely different things.

I am so close to giving up because I have a business that requires my full attention now, but the thought of contributing this plugin keeps me plugging away at making this happen because I am over a year deep.

- suggestions on how to get the word out
- I would like a partner that can keep up with the inquiries
- How should I start it off? Should I have a MASTER relevancy slider and increase it as more and more blogs install the wordpress plugin?

It does not show much yet because of the relevancy algorithm, I either have to get 100k blogs to sign up really fast or give up.
