You can always build your links from many PR8, PR9, or PR-anything by submitting ebook, PDF, PowerPoint slides, documents, articles, podcast, widget, CSS, WP theme, photos, videos, etc to related directories like Scribd, SlideShare, Issuu, YouTube, Flickr, eBay, Wikis, CSSMania, KillerStarups, Listible, PodCastingNews, ReviewBack, etc.

No need to buy links this expensive.

Better you go to TheBacklinkProdigy.
Cheaper and better.
Just a suggestion to educate people who want to buy backlinks.
