That site wont be PR8 for long less than a year old, back link profile abysmal, check any of the outbound links non have benefited from this site, alexa rank 4.3 million

I would have to agree with Kelly. All this is going to do is line the pocket of the seller thinking the others are going to get a benefit from a "PR8" link. This is the typical redirect or pointing of domains to reach PR 8 remove the links and sell until the site is de-indexed into no mans land and then every single site that has links there is going to be on the radar.

You are better off getting a blog comment from a spammed site than this, less risk.
