That's the farthest thing from the truth that I have ever read. Many folks offer (like myself) permanent packages because it's easier and cheaper for the buyer. The goal is getting that #1 spot, which my services have done for many of my clients.

Just because one sells monthly doesn't make it anymore legit than some of use who can offer more economical packages for those who can't afford to spend $1000s per month.

Well I do understand what you mean, I say that those "permanent" links aren't actually permanent in a long run, yeah of course they are good for let's say 3 month or 6 months or whatever but the fact is that no one in this world can guarantee that the links will stay there forever or that website will be live forever, so what I want to say is that that links aren't really permanent as advertised.

The benefit of monthly payment system is that clients are sure that they got their links LIVE at any given moment.
