You do realize that having "Google" in your domain is asking for trouble? It won't be long before you get a lawyer e-mailing you that you're violating Google's trademark.

Many told me same long back, Nothing happen, I been running this domain for 3 months now. However, We have mentioned that Google Pakistani Forum | Urdu Forum | Urdu Poetry is not sponsored by or affliated with Google. Using it for phishing and other kind of illegal activity's may bring trouble.
Even if the domain is taken, It's not a problem for me of getting an other domain a PR7 just like cyber.com.pk is.
If the domain gets taken, a refund will be given back.

The first one has lost a ton load of high PR links so it is doubtful this is still a PR7 and the rate at which it is losing links it may shortly be a PR2 or less.

Those which are interested in ordering a Backlink may reply, Kindly don't post reply's in your own views. I know about PR's and all my self. I am not new to this field, Been in this from many years. However, It does not matter if it will increase or degree's after 2 month's or the next PR update as it still has the ability to give a boost to other websites which we link to.

WRONG!! IF the links have been lost then it does NOT have the ability. Its not my views either . Its a fact. Anyone even with a free version of SEO spyglass can check the links that have been lost for themselves.

Second domain is the same. it has lost MUlitudes of powerful links. Both sites were just recently registered so my guess is they expired lost their links and here you are trying to pass them off as Real PR7s because the toolbar is only updated once every three months

Site 2 as I just indicated has the same exact problem. It has lost multitudes of its more powerful links

Well, since I got PR7, Site has always been increasing daily views + clicks from google including its indexing, you may check software section which is mostly updated, most of the posts are on top at google search. I don't see any lose in multitudes.

Site was same sites with 2 domains used, as cyber.com.pk has been kept online for now only. But both has there own PR's

that has nothing to do with the power of the links on the page plus no one here can check if you have lost position because none of us can tell where it ranked before. So basically its just your word as the seller. theres nothing I can check.

Toolbar Pr is updated every three months. REAL PR is calculated almost every day with Google based on existing links.

and see how many links have been recently lost since you registered the domain. To say that you have two years experience but that it is just my opinion is ridiculous. These sites have lost ton loads of juice. Fact not my views.

How can you be so sure about the software so called SEO spyglass. Is SEO spyglass made by Google ?
I have used many software's similar in past, found them useless and wrong.

Oh please just stop. Backlink checkers do not need to be made by Google to be accurate. It clearly shows the links and you can click a button and go to the site that used to have the link and verify it is no longer there.

Furthermore the registration on each of these shows it was just registered in the last 2-3 months. You were not the owner of this site when it was a PR7. It dropped and you registered it after it had lost a ton load of its links.

If you don;t know even about SEO spyglass then I suppose you might jut be new to this (despite claiming otherwise) but you do need to learn some more. Once a site starts losing their most powerful links they will no longer be as effective and in your case on both domains the site no longer truly has the power of a PR7 and so is worth less if anything much at all.

Oh please, this domain was bought / used only in 2008 or 2009 only, so your saying its PR7 has never been changed since 2008/2009 even after it was dropped ?
I have bought this and worked on both of my domains which is google.net.pk and cyber.com.pk to get a high PR, more of my sites will get PR6,7 or 8 in the next update hopefully !
Don't worry, I will make sure your the 1st person which I PM about the new PR when it updates.
Just note that a site which has tons of links to a domain does not mean it will have a high PR, but if a few high PR pages are linking to an other, that can give a boost to the site which you are linking from that high PR page !

Its not about the Quantity of backlinks to improve your sites PR only, it is also the Quality of a site which has a high PR linking to your site pages.
