Hi. Link exchanges don't bring in targeted traffic to your site. Everyone on them has the same goal -- to get more links. If you want to get more free, targeted traffic, you need to focus on getting ranked in the search engines by writing product reviews and articles on stuff in your niche that people are already looking for. Forum and blog commenting are an easy way to start.

Try to get some links having some PR, that gives more weight rather going for PR0's in bulk!
