Here is my short review upon looking at the website.

I tell you what, I use to own PR7 site, most of internal pages ( 60+ ) were PR6, including tags,categories, post etc.That is what an authority site looks like.

Now , this "PR9" site here has no internal PR
Home page with over 100 unrelated OBL,
Just 1 year old, no dmoz,yahoo
Weak BL profile, most build in last 3 months, no authority what soever.
This is not what real PR9 website looks like.
Even if it was valid PR9, it does not pass any page rank
Doe is even rank for anything?
Permanent post for $200 ? so in 3 months I can have a post on PR0 blog?
