Add 50% for contextual links

All links will come from the homepage, from unique domains and C Class
IPs. All from high quality valid pagerank sites. Most sites are 2-3 years old.

I'm curious...could you tell me why there is so much confusion out there regarding back links? I see sturdy products like yours all over the internet world...and then thirty seconds later be reading something about Google making it harder for websites to rank well for keywords because of some issue with backlinks.

Could you tell me if there is even a way to know how Google (and all its PhD's) treat sites that use backlinks...is there a foremost authority?

Please don't say Google!
