Folks on WarriorForum never buy. Why?
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Ok this is the story. I have a powerful pr4 DA40 PA50 link for sale.
I posted here in Warriorforum.
Tons of people interested and PM me to see the link.
But noone buys even though it's only $9/month.

On the other hand, in a much smaller SEO forum, I sold 11 links with the same price.
I bought the membership for $30 or something and posted like 10 cool link offers here. But noone buys! Have a just wasted the membership fee?

What was the other forum where you sold your link?

If you think you wasted your money buying membership to the War room simply because nobody bought your link, then you are in the wrong place. This forum is where you can learn as well as earn. There are hundreds of ways you can benefit but if you're that shortsighted, then your thinking is all wrong.

Cheers, Laurence.

Buyers here are generally the same. I tried selling too from v7 and DP but warrior so far is the biggest marketplace for my type of links. Most of the buyers here are looking for top quality links. They are very much updated with Google algos and everything. I think the reason they did not buy your links is because they don't see them fit.

I see your point.
But how can you explain that in a smaller forum with only 2000 members I sold 11 links with the price of $10/month/link. And here none of my links is sold.

And in that forum people pay $50/month to stay in there. If people here are looking for top quality links. People in that forum must be looking for higher quality link because they are paying monthly membership fee.

I like your opinion.
I'm not saying that this forum is not good for learning.
But I can still learn from this forum with a free membership. I bought a premium membership because I want to sell links. That's my purpose of buying it.

Yes, links for my sites have to be TOP quality, i do a lot of buying and i will pay over the odds if i know a link is worth it.

I'm not someone who just buys $10 links, i'm a buyer that folks out $1000's on links, but quality is what i look for.

Nowadays., with all the google updates, everyone wants quality over quantity! if you don't have a quality site and it looks like a site drummed up with a few articles and pics here and there, thats probably why you aint selling many. (i'm not saying your sites not quality)

Another important thing to consider is the date when you posted your sales thread. December is the peak season for link building. If you you post your thread on January, chances are that most of the buyers here already spent their money for links last month, December which explains why you sold only few this month.

It is also worth noting that WF is already congested with sellers. If you will notice, in the links buy/sell/swap forum, only 2 out of 12 thread starters in a day were from buyers. 10 were from sellers. And it takes a very good offer to get the attention of those two buyers.

I hope this information helps.

Thanks very much for your info
Can you please suggest some other places to sell links rather than WF?

You can try BlackHat World, Terry Kyle's Traffic Planet, SEOforum and of course, DP and V7n. Would you mind sending me the url of you site? I may be interested.

No offence Alex, you asked for my domain portfolio, they are some of the highest DA available on the here, and no reply. Either you buy niche specific links or low quality.

My sites are link 10 years old, PR 5/6/7 some have nearly 1,000,000 hits per month and had 0 comments in that time. Also inbound links is in the low 6 figure mark.

No matter what your google strategy is, you need to have the backlinks vary from time to time.
