I have a Wordpress backlink plugin available that provides non-reciprocating backlinks to your self hosted blog. Links and anchor text are provided by you. You can let the system deliver links automatically over time and you can control who links to your site and from your blog.

Can't beat the price either.

I thought that the recip links were no longer as good, so will look at your offering.
