My website current page rank is 2. Will it increase to 4 if I have backlink from your page rank 9 website? $350 is really a high amount on monthly basis so it is important to know the effect of getting backlink from your website. Could you post your website link so we I check?

It is hard to say that your PR will increase to 4 with only one link. You should have various IBL. The process evolve in time and your site's niches matters, also. Maybe in 4-6 months you will have PR4-6.

The price I ask for is a very reasonable one. I normally charge $500 instead of $1500-$2500 which is a more appropriate figure.
