Since placing my order (you can see when I first posted), the seller has NOT delivered what I wanted in the time promised. I have filed a claim/dispute with PayPal. Take caution.

He has another ID in this forum where he spammed around and it took my Paypal. He used my Paypal to receive his client payments and now he says he is not responsible for that. He is an Indian and his other ID is 'Achievement Firm'. He used my Paypal in exchange of some commission, but I was not sure about his wehereabouts. He frauds with everyone and earns money online. He cheated me with a Paypal dispute of $680. Here is a screenshot of one of the disputes:
