Niche is Real Estate, however using some 'link injection' techniques I can naturally link out to any other type of niche.

This involves writing articles that generally follow the blog's 'real estate' niche but are somewhat skewed towards the niche of the targeted link. Using general anchor text the link is 100% natural.
