Looking for SEO / Backlink and other website marketing methods

Hello all,
I'm one of few guys working on our own wall decoration site (we're selling on online marketplaces like etsy, artfire etc for a good while now). Site is active for a few months and slowly getting completed:

Some small changes will be made as well as more unique per-product content will be added (changed).
Here is the deal. While we're handy with what we do - we do not know how to properly get our site show up more and higher in search engines. As I said it's active for about 2 months now and we're getting some organic visitors, but we would like to get more exposure and lots visitors obviously.
What we're looking to find(hire for) is relevant, quality backlinks (backling building?), our site SEO review (if it's SEO friendly) and basically in time organize any white/grayhat tricks out there. We're also would be very much interested in any affiliate and drop shipping opportunities if one would come along.
What we dont want - any generic, spammed or potentially to be penalized grey/black hat stuff
There for we're staying away from Fiverr alike and for now keeping freelancer.com and such as a backup.
What is our budget? Currently we're thinking of 500+ US$ per month to start off, however, we have a plan to divert a certain % of revenue generated back into online marketing so the spending will grow exponentially ( more visitors=more revenue=more $ into marketing=even more visitors...I'm sure you all get the idea
)
So anyone interested and capable to offer (continuous) assistance in laid out above (and hopefully more) is more than welcome to contact me. Any suggestions and advice kindly accepted as well.
