Will Google notify you if your site got smart priced?
The reason I ask is because today one of my sites seams to be getting £0.04 CPC, which is unusual.

PS: Is there a way I can stop a certain advertiser from placing his/her ads on my site, which would in turn allow advertisers with a higher bid to have my ad space.
