How to promote my business planning site?

Hello, me and my friends decided to start an online service offering business plans creation.

We founded a company and created our site: http://koolst.com

But we have no idea how to promote this kind of business on the Web. I have some basic knowledge on web sites promotion, but financial sphere is quite difficult for me.

Do you have any ides?
Maybe I should hire a SEO specialist?
Is our site user and Google friendly?

Any advice is welcome!

    Here is some food for thought.

    Who is your target market? (don't say "everyone")
    Once you have identified your target market (new tech entrepreneurs, students enrolled in an MBA program, small non-tech entrepreneurs perhaps?) ask yourself where those people might be on the internet, in real life.

    Do they frequent specific forums?
    Are they on Facebook? Which groups do they like on Facebook? (You can run targeted ads)
    What about linkedin?
    What problem are you solving? Why is your solution unique and worth a shot?

    Look at your competition. Where are they advertising?

    Answer those questions, it should help your business greatly.
