Will My Quotation Site Be Penalized For Duplicate Content??

Hellow Warriors,

I am building a quotation website like brainyquotes.com Since the contents of my site is going to be just a few words (quotations) from some famous people, I am wondering if my site will get penalized for "Duplicate Content" or "Thin Content".

      Thank you EvcRo for replying. I understand there should be some unique content on it but I'm wondering how other quote sites are ranking for my target keyword. They have nothing but quotes and one of them even doesn't have any content, just the quote as post heading. How are they able to rank??

    Here's a simple trick. Add commentary. I write for one of the biggest niche quote sites on the planet and my client is doing well re traffic and SM engagement due to commentary additions.

      That's certainly a great idea to generate unique and quality content for the post. This also increases the engagement and Google love to rank the post higher.
