You can use opensite explorer, semrush and ahrefs to find competitor backlinks .
just pleace the url and you will find the result through excel file .

You don't need a link operator. What you need is Ahrefs, Majestic SEO, or Open Site Explorer (Google them if you don't know their urls).

Ahrefs, MajesticSeo and also Scrapebox. just careful use scrapebox. Its powerful tools but you need lot proxy if you scraping many links.

I would suggest, webceo.com although it's not a free tool, you can use the trial version. It does give a good view. Ahrefs.com is pretty good, that does provide with few backlink information for free.

I've gotten used to Moz's easy to export results and firefox toolbar so I have a paid subscription there. I use my free daily majestic searches if I'm making a domain or backlinking buying decision.

Generally, I like to use Backlinkwatch.com and opensiteexplorer to find competitor backlinks. Opensiteexplorer is one of the best and free tool that you can use, there is a option to download competitor backlink listm (up to 10000) for free. You can also use their premium service.

If you want to look into a single link, Market samurai is the best FREE solution, I'm sure because I have used this cool software for two years. You can get a trial version, Choose the competition analytic, import the link and the software will return with handful of incoming links to that page, What a very detailed list!

Ahrefs has the biggest database of baclinks. If you're going to choose between majestic, moz and ahrefs, I'd go with the latter.
