It's Google dance or Penguin Algorithm fact...?

Hi,

When when I searched for my keywords of medical billing services and Medical billing Companies on 10/17/2014 it placed 2nd page 10 position and 2nd page 8 position today (10/18/2014) it push out one page back of 4th page.it happen same before two weeks but between that I submit the link web 2.0 and youtube link...
Wheter is it Google dance or work which i worked is wrong....? If wrong means what should i work for current algorithm Google Penguin ...?

  • mostly this update depends on the on page please changes the Copied Codes and text from your site
    also carefully change the link with other site
